FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

STEP 1: Get started with a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. We will discuss any concerns you may have and review the process of our services with you.
STEP 2: Our first session will begin with an evaluation to gather information about your child’s abilities. Based on the evaluation results, we will develop individualized therapy goals tailored to your child’s areas of concern.
STEP 3: We will meet at a frequency that best serves you and your child’s needs.

We are currently not in network with any insurance providers and operate on a cash-only basis. However, upon request, we can provide families with a document called a Superbill that can be submitted to insurance companies as an out-of-network service for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to call your insurance company to see if they cover speech pathology services.

A referral is not required for private pay clients.

During coaching sessions, we will provide you with knowledge about speech & language development and/or feeding, model activities that you can generalize when interacting with your child on a daily basis. We help you understand milestones, discuss some of our favorite toys and recommended feeding utensils, and help you learn how to use them.
